關(guān)閉儲(chǔ)氣罐后面的閥門，如果機(jī)組能夠很快的升上壓力，開開閥門，壓力很快下降，并在一個(gè)壓力點(diǎn)，這就可以確認(rèn)，空壓機(jī)機(jī)組選型過小，機(jī)組排氣量小于生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際用氣量。

空壓機(jī)組使用一段時(shí)間后，氣量明顯不夠，壓力上不了，維持在額定用氣的下線位置。這時(shí)候，應(yīng)該檢查是否有新增的用氣設(shè)備，如果有新增的用氣設(shè)備，用氣量是多少，對(duì)比空壓機(jī)組看能否滿足要求，如不能，請(qǐng)并上新的空壓機(jī)組，增加排氣量。

一，保養(yǎng)是否及時(shí)

空壓機(jī)排氣量下降，排除以上可能后，看空壓機(jī)是否已經(jīng)保養(yǎng)，保養(yǎng)多久了，如果環(huán)境不是很理想，空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行2000小時(shí)應(yīng)檢查空濾是否堵塞，輕者可以用壓縮氣除塵，堵塞嚴(yán)重，更換新的空濾。很多時(shí)候，空壓機(jī)排氣量下降，沒有什么大的問題，就是疏于保養(yǎng)，空壓機(jī)空濾堵塞導(dǎo)致，更換新空濾后，正常使用。另外，除空濾外，潤(rùn)滑液和其他濾芯也很關(guān)鍵，檢查潤(rùn)滑液是否在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍之內(nèi)，如缺少，請(qǐng)適當(dāng)添加。

空壓機(jī)排氣量下降，檢查機(jī)組，剛剛保養(yǎng)，排除三濾和油品問題，這是檢查空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣閥，拆下進(jìn)氣軟管，開啟空壓機(jī)，觀看進(jìn)氣閥的開口度是否正常。進(jìn)氣閥理論設(shè)計(jì)使用壽命是動(dòng)作10萬次，因每個(gè)廠家使用批次不同，質(zhì)量也有所差異，所以進(jìn)氣閥出現(xiàn)故障可能導(dǎo)致機(jī)組排氣量下降。

This is the first step to check the air compressor's intake valve, remove the intake hose, open the air compressor, and watch whether the opening of the intake valve is normal. 如果空壓機(jī)加載時(shí)進(jìn)氣閥不能全部打開，可以斷定，排氣量下降是進(jìn)氣閥故障，應(yīng)拆下檢修或是更換。

三，電機(jī)故障

以上排除進(jìn)氣閥故障后，機(jī)組排氣量仍然沒有改變，應(yīng)考慮電機(jī)是否故障，由于電機(jī)線圈中發(fā)生局部短路，或者是軸承磨損，導(dǎo)致電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速低于額定轉(zhuǎn)速，使空壓機(jī)排氣量下降，應(yīng)檢修電機(jī)線圈，軸承等，修復(fù)后測(cè)試空壓機(jī)排氣量。

四，環(huán)境改變，導(dǎo)致排氣量下降

海拔升高，環(huán)境變的潮濕，都可能導(dǎo)致機(jī)組排氣量下降。海拔越高，空氣越稀薄，單位時(shí)間內(nèi)產(chǎn)氣量越小，空氣中水分過分，壓縮空中含有大量水分，在后部處理中，水蒸氣析出，導(dǎo)致排氣量減小。
