山東空壓機(jī)高溫停機(jī)的原因是什么？

一、檢查空壓機(jī)的冷卻器，如果是風(fēng)冷方式的冷卻器，就檢查灰塵是否過(guò)多了，過(guò)多容易導(dǎo)致通風(fēng)不良，使空壓機(jī)設(shè)備達(dá)不到足夠的散熱，容易出現(xiàn)高溫的情況；水冷的冷卻器就檢查有沒(méi)有過(guò)多水垢產(chǎn)生了堵塞，帶不走油點(diǎn)溫度，達(dá)不到散熱效果。

二、檢查空壓機(jī)機(jī)油、油位是否已經(jīng)少于機(jī)油窺視鏡限度。機(jī)油過(guò)少的情況下，空壓機(jī)在整個(gè)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中是得不到足夠的冷卻和潤(rùn)滑作用的。

2、 Check whether the oil and oil level of air compressor is less than the minimum limit of oil sight glass. Under the condition of too little oil, the air compressor can not get enough cooling and lubrication in the whole operation process.

三、要做好溫控閥的檢查，溫控閥它好比一個(gè)四通閥，在溫度低的時(shí)候機(jī)油循環(huán)是從油分離器直接通到主機(jī)頭里潤(rùn)滑散熱，當(dāng)機(jī)油循環(huán)中溫度一般達(dá)到80-88度左右的時(shí)候溫控閥會(huì)漸漸打開(kāi)讓油分離器的機(jī)油通過(guò)冷卻器冷卻后再送到主機(jī)里達(dá)到冷卻循環(huán)的作用。

3、 To check the temperature control valve, the temperature control valve is like a four-way valve. When the temperature is low, the oil circulation is directly from the oil separator to the main engine head for lubrication and heat dissipation. When the oil circulation temperature generally reaches about 80-88 degrees, the temperature control valve will gradually open to let the oil from the oil separator be cooled by the cooler and then sent to the main engine to achieve cooling cycle.

四、要檢查斷油閥和油過(guò)濾，油過(guò)濾堵塞會(huì)導(dǎo)致主機(jī)頭進(jìn)油量過(guò)少，一般油過(guò)濾是周期性的必須更換。而斷油閥沒(méi)有完全打開(kāi)也會(huì)導(dǎo)致進(jìn)油量過(guò)少都會(huì)讓主機(jī)頭逐漸升溫，直到報(bào)警停機(jī)為止。

4、 To check the oil cut-off valve and oil filtration, the blockage of the oil filter will lead to too little oil into the main engine head. Generally, the oil filtration is periodic and must be replaced. If the oil cut-off valve is not fully opened, it will cause too little oil into the engine head, which will make the engine head gradually warm up until the alarm stops.

五、要檢查溫度傳感器和溫度開(kāi)關(guān)，這是很重要的一個(gè)檢查，溫度傳感器，是一個(gè)熱電阻，起到一個(gè)探測(cè)信號(hào)的作用，把信號(hào)傳到電腦主控器里邊。如果傳感器故障，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)探測(cè)的溫度不準(zhǔn)確，還有傳感器的線接觸不良等都會(huì)引起主控報(bào)警停機(jī)的。
