制氮系統(tǒng)的冷干機(jī)室外使用注意事項(xiàng)

1）不要放在日曬、雨淋、風(fēng)吹或相對(duì)濕度大于百分之八十五的場(chǎng)所。不要放置在灰塵多、有腐蝕性或可燃性氣體的環(huán)境中。不要放置在有振動(dòng)、冷凝水有凍結(jié)危險(xiǎn)的地方。不要離壁面太近，以免通風(fēng)不良。不得已需在有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中使用，應(yīng)選用銅管經(jīng)防銹處理的干燥器或不銹鋼熱交換器型的干燥器。應(yīng)在環(huán)境溫度40度以下使用。

Do not place in the place where there is vibration and condensation water is in danger of freezing. Don't get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. 2）壓縮空氣的進(jìn)口不要接錯(cuò)。為便于維修，要確保維修空間，應(yīng)設(shè)置旁通管路。要防止空壓機(jī)的振動(dòng)傳給干燥器。配管重量不要直接加在干燥器上。

3）排水管不要向上立著，不要打折或壓扁。

5）壓縮空氣進(jìn)口溫度過高、環(huán)境溫度過高（40度以上）、使用流量超過額定處理空氣量、電壓波動(dòng)超過百分之十、通風(fēng)太差（冬季也要換氣，否則室溫也會(huì)升高）等情況下，保護(hù)電路會(huì)發(fā)揮作用，指示燈滅，停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

6）當(dāng)空氣壓力高于0.15MPa時(shí)，常開式自動(dòng)排水器的排水口才能關(guān)閉。冷干機(jī)的排水量太小時(shí)，排水口處于開啟狀態(tài)，有空氣吹出。

6) When the air pressure is higher than 0.15Mpa, the outlet of the normally open automatic drainer can be closed. When the water displacement of the dryer is too small, the drain is in the open state and there is air blowing out.

7）壓縮空氣質(zhì)量差，如混入灰塵和油分，這些贓物會(huì)粘附在熱交換器上，降低其工作效率，同時(shí)排水也易失效。希望在干燥器進(jìn)口設(shè)置過濾器，并要確認(rèn)排水不少于一次。

7) The quality of compressed air is poor, such as mixed with dust and oil, which will adhere to the heat exchanger, reduce its working efficiency, and drain water is easy to fail. It is hoped that a filter should be set at the inlet of the dryer, and the drainage should not be less than once a day.

8）干燥器的通風(fēng)口每月要用吸塵器清掃一次。

9）接通電源，待運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定后，再接通壓縮空氣。停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，必須等待3min以上才能再起動(dòng)。

10）若使用自動(dòng)排水器，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查其排水功能是否正常。要經(jīng)常清掃冷凝器上的灰塵等。要經(jīng)常檢查冷媒的壓力，可判斷冷媒是否泄漏及冷凍機(jī)的能力是否有變化。要檢查排除冷凝水的溫度是否正常。

10) If automatic drainer is used, its drainage function should be checked regularly. Always clean the dust on the condenser. Check the pressure of the refrigerant frequently to judge whether the refrigerant leaks and whether the capacity of the refrigerator changes. Check whether the temperature of condensate water is normal.
