When the vacuum pump power is connected, it is necessary to start pumping. When the indication value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1mpa, it is necessary to close the vacuum valve first, and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump, so as to prevent the oil in the vacuum pump from flowing back into the working room. At this time, the vacuum dryer is in a vacuum state.
First turn on the power supply of the vacuum dryer, then its power light will light up and carry out self-test, and then it indicates that it has entered the state. Set the temperature of the vacuum dryer. When the temperature in the dryer is close to the specified temperature, the heating begins to enter the PID regulation stage. It is normal that the temperature measured by the instrument exceeds the set temperature and the elongation is lower than the set temperature.
Therefore, if the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, it can almost enter the constant temperature state after 1-2 hours. If the required temperature is relatively low, we can use the secondary setting method to let it enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
