空壓機自動排氣閥失靈的原因

空壓機的起停通常由氣壓自動開關(氣壓繼電器)直接帶動交流接觸器對電動機實現自動控制。而氣壓自動開關大多數采用機械式結構，利用彈簧壓縮與釋放能量操動觸點。也許是氣壓自動開關的先天缺乏或因調節(jié)不當、機震等不同原因的影響。

重負荷停機：空壓機的停機，與其他設備不同，都是達到設定上限壓力時停機。交流接觸器在接受重負荷、大電流下分段動作。此時拉弧火花為嚴重，對交流接觸器損壞造成很大威脅，由于交流接觸器損壞，將引發(fā)電源性質故障。如不平衡(缺相)等運行狀態(tài)。
