其中需要考慮就是要平衡前期安裝成本和后期運(yùn)行成本，這里的安裝成本包括了離心風(fēng)機(jī)成本，電機(jī)成本，風(fēng)機(jī)安裝尺寸等。

但是有些系統(tǒng)的系數(shù)考慮過(guò)大，也是沒(méi)有必要的。比如說(shuō)離心風(fēng)機(jī)實(shí)際運(yùn)行壓力只有預(yù)期壓力的50%。導(dǎo)致離心通風(fēng)機(jī)在非常的效率點(diǎn)運(yùn)行，甚工況點(diǎn)偏離選型點(diǎn)過(guò)遠(yuǎn)而引起電機(jī)過(guò)載。雖然可以改變風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)解決電機(jī)過(guò)載問(wèn)題。卻也因此損失了很多風(fēng)量從而降低了系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)能力。

這種情況下，簡(jiǎn)單的解決方法是選擇大功率電機(jī)，但會(huì)因此同時(shí)增加安裝成本以及后期的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。與離心通風(fēng)機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)中僅僅考慮增加壓力余量，不如結(jié)合余量與風(fēng)機(jī)的選型，增大使用壓力到風(fēng)機(jī)曲線高點(diǎn)壓力范圍，使操作壓力有較大的余量。

In this case, the simple solution is to choose high-power motor, but it will increase the installation cost and later operation cost. It is better to combine the safety margin with the type selection of the fan and increase the range from the operating pressure to the high point of the fan curve, so that the operating pressure has a larger margin.

如果起初系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)留20%的系數(shù)被認(rèn)為是較理想的，那么離心通風(fēng)機(jī)選型應(yīng)選擇風(fēng)機(jī)操作點(diǎn)壓力少低于高壓力的15%，并同時(shí)預(yù)留10%的系數(shù)。這樣就會(huì)確保所選擇的風(fēng)機(jī)會(huì)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中更接近所需的的工作點(diǎn)。
