空壓機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)閥出現(xiàn)的幾種故障及解決方式

一、液位控制調(diào)節(jié)閥失控打不開

1、 The liquid level control valve is out of control and cannot be opened

液位測(cè)量指示已很高,調(diào)節(jié)器輸出也很大,但是調(diào)節(jié)閥還開不了,只好打機(jī)械手輪控制。檢查閥門定位器(拆去膜頭連接管,堵上),撳動(dòng)噴嘴檔板機(jī)構(gòu),定位器無輸出變化,檢查節(jié)流孔是通暢的,拆開放大器發(fā)現(xiàn)放大器膜片破了。更換膜片,調(diào)節(jié)閥重投入自動(dòng)控制。閥門定位器放大器膜片破,背壓室無背壓,放大器無輸出,故調(diào)節(jié)閥失控。

一次工藝減負(fù)荷,天然氣量減不下來,是天然氣壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥門不能動(dòng)作所致。檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)到閥門的輸出信號(hào)正常,估計(jì)是閥芯才結(jié)碳卡死,后加大氣動(dòng)信號(hào),再加手輪作用力才關(guān)了此閥。待停車拆開閥門檢查,不出所料,因該閥平時(shí)負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定開關(guān)甚少,天然氣中所帶的碳黑在閥桿和導(dǎo)向套之間的很小間隙中結(jié)碳卡死。故以后每年大檢修時(shí),均將此閥拆開清洗,以免類似事故。

吸收塔液位控制不住,記錄曲線波動(dòng)下降,檢查變送器、調(diào)節(jié)器均無問題。打手輪控制時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)手輪壓下或提起時(shí)均不像平時(shí)那么沉重,輕飄飄的,判斷是閥芯斷裂,被迫停車拆開調(diào)節(jié)閥處理,是閥芯和閥桿連接處斷開。只好更換閥芯,并將閥芯閥桿連接處堆焊一圈增加強(qiáng)度,以免類似事故。閥芯斷裂是在介質(zhì)壓力下的不平衡力所致。
