制氮機(jī)設(shè)備的安裝對(duì)場(chǎng)地的具體要求

制氮機(jī)各設(shè)備布置順序按工藝流程連接布置。用戶需要提前提出設(shè)備安裝廠房尺寸圖和空氣進(jìn)口、成品氮?dú)獬隹谖恢?，ACTFil會(huì)根據(jù)實(shí)際場(chǎng)地條件規(guī)劃整套制氮機(jī)設(shè)備布置連接示意圖。

The layout sequence of each equipment of nitrogen generator is connected according to the process flow. Users need to put forward the size drawing of equipment installation workshop and the location of air inlet and finished nitrogen outlet in advance. Actfil will plan the layout and connection diagram of the whole set of nitrogen generator according to the actual site conditions.

制氮機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備一般沒(méi)有場(chǎng)地基礎(chǔ)要求，只要廠房?jī)?nèi)平整地坪就能滿足安裝條件。但對(duì)于較大規(guī)格的空壓機(jī)、壓縮空氣干燥設(shè)備等，則按生產(chǎn)廠家要求實(shí)施。為了設(shè)備維修、清潔方便起見，在空壓機(jī)、干燥設(shè)備、制氮機(jī)、氮?dú)饧兓b置安放位置做一個(gè)高于地面10cm的平整臺(tái)面則為。

Generally, there is no site foundation requirement for nitrogen generator system equipment, so long as the flat floor in the plant can meet the installation conditions. However, for larger specifications of air compressor, compressed air drying equipment, etc., it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the manufacturer. For the convenience of equipment maintenance and cleaning, it is best to make a flat table 10 cm above the ground in the air compressor, drying equipment, nitrogen generator and nitrogen purification device.

各設(shè)備一般沿廠房墻面布置?？諌簷C(jī)、冷干機(jī)應(yīng)放在上風(fēng)口或通風(fēng)良好的地方，如果空壓機(jī)后沒(méi)有空氣儲(chǔ)罐，則空壓機(jī)與冷干機(jī)之間的距離應(yīng)盡可能大一些，二者之間的管路長(zhǎng)度盡可能長(zhǎng)一些，以利通過(guò)大氣環(huán)境降低壓縮空氣溫度。各設(shè)備間距離應(yīng)少大于1m，各設(shè)備與墻的距離應(yīng)少大于0.8m，設(shè)備的操作面應(yīng)面向人員方便操作的方位，方便使用者對(duì)設(shè)備操作和維護(hù)、檢修。

The equipment is generally arranged along the plant wall. The air compressor and cold dryer should be placed at the upper air outlet or in a well ventilated place. If there is no air storage tank behind the air compressor, the distance between the air compressor and the cold dryer should be as large as possible, and the pipeline length between the two should be as long as possible, so as to reduce the compressed air temperature through the atmospheric environment. The distance between each equipment shall be at least 1 m, and the distance between each equipment and the wall shall be at least greater than 0.8 M. the operation surface of the equipment shall be oriented to facilitate the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment by the users.

設(shè)備間的管路連接按設(shè)備就位后的實(shí)際情況而定，管路連接由用戶根據(jù)需要制作。所有管路采用硬連接方式（螺紋連接或焊接），由人員施工，避免發(fā)生泄漏現(xiàn)象。

The pipeline connection between the equipment depends on the actual situation after the equipment is in place. It is recommended that the pipeline connection be made by the user according to the needs. It is better to use hard connection (thread connection or welding) for all pipelines, and the construction should be carried out by professionals to avoid leakage.

3. 制氮機(jī)設(shè)備安裝要求

3. Installation requirements of nitrogen generator

設(shè)備安裝由用戶負(fù)責(zé)，ACTFil負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)設(shè)備安裝。

The user is responsible for the equipment installation, and actfil is responsible for guiding the equipment installation.

所有工藝設(shè)備就位后，設(shè)備間的管路根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)配。所有管路采用硬連接方式（螺紋連接或焊接），由人員施工，避免發(fā)生泄漏現(xiàn)象。成品氮?dú)獬隹谟脷恻c(diǎn)之間的管路使用銅管或不銹鋼管為（次采用新的鍍鋅管），采用焊接方式連接。

After all process equipment is in place, the pipeline between the equipment shall be configured according to the actual situation on site. All pipelines shall be hard connected (threaded connection or welding) and constructed by professionals to avoid leakage. The best way to connect the finished pipe to the outlet is to use the latest stainless steel pipe.

電源和冷卻水引設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，備好配電盤、冷卻水供應(yīng)設(shè)施。

The power supply and cooling water shall be led to the equipment site, and the distribution board and cooling water supply facilities shall be prepared.
