自動排水器工作流程是什么

自動排水器由上蓋、防護(hù)罩、水杯和自動排水部件組成，上蓋的接口與設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)冷凝水流水端連接，冷凝水經(jīng)過大過濾網(wǎng)粗濾后流入水杯。

當(dāng)水杯內(nèi)無氣壓時(shí)，浮子靠自重落下，閥蓋關(guān)閉內(nèi)罩的上節(jié)流孔，活塞靠彈簧壓下，活塞桿與O型圈脫開，冷凝水經(jīng)過小濾網(wǎng)再次過濾后通過排水口排出，因而謂之“常開型”。

當(dāng)水杯內(nèi)的水位升高一定位置，浮子浮力克服自重后通過杠桿使力放大后將閥蓋打開，氣壓力進(jìn)入內(nèi)罩活塞上腔，使活塞下移，排水口被打開排水。此時(shí)內(nèi)罩腔內(nèi)的壓縮氣體通過射流片的針孔形成射流噴出，加大排水口流速。故本品有排水時(shí)間段的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
