空壓機(jī)潤滑油是否變質(zhì)的簡易鑒別方法

一、山東空壓機(jī)開機(jī)前的準(zhǔn)備工作

1、 Preparatory work before starting up Shandong air compressor

（1） 檢查空壓機(jī)各機(jī)械零部件和管道是否聯(lián)接可靠，如有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，及時(shí)處理。

(1) Check whether the mechanical parts and pipes of the air compressor are connected reliably. If there is looseness, handle it in time.

（2） 檢查空壓機(jī)油位高度，機(jī)組在停機(jī)時(shí)的油位高于油表上的位置時(shí)，機(jī)組即可正常開機(jī)運(yùn)行，即便機(jī)組運(yùn)行起來后，油位一下子看

(2) Check the oil level of the air compressor. When the oil level of the unit is higher than the lowest position on the oil gauge, the unit can be started and operated normally. Even after the unit is running, the oil level can be seen at once

不到也并不影響機(jī)組的正常使用。

If not, it will not affect the normal use of the unit.

(3) 用手按規(guī)定方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)，確保機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。

(3) Rotate the coupling by hand according to the specified direction to ensure the flexible rotation of the unit.

(4) 檢查電氣是否符合規(guī)程的要求，確認(rèn)后接通機(jī)組電源。

(4) Check whether the electrical system meets the requirements of safety regulations, and turn on the power supply of the unit after confirmation.

二、螺桿空壓機(jī)的啟動(dòng)

2、 Start up of screw air compressor

（1）空壓機(jī)在初開車或空壓機(jī)及其系統(tǒng)設(shè)備檢修后重新起動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)遵循下述程序：

(1) The following procedures shall be followed during the initial start-up of the air compressor or restart after the maintenance of the air compressor and its system equipment:

a) 檢查所有的閥是否均處于合適的位置及正確的啟閉狀態(tài)；

a) Check whether all valves are in proper position and open and close state correctly;

b) 除去所有為維護(hù)而安裝的維修附件（如盲板）及維修用標(biāo)志牌；

b) Remove all repair accessories (such as blind plates) and maintenance signboards installed for safety maintenance;

c) 檢查系統(tǒng)并除去其內(nèi)的外來異物；

c) Check the system and remove foreign matters in it;

d) 打開并再次關(guān)閉排污閥；

d) Open and close the drain valve again;

e) 盤車少一圈以確保無機(jī)械干涉；

e) Turn at least one turn to ensure no mechanical interference;

(2) 如機(jī)組在送電后，機(jī)組控制屏沒有顯示相序錯(cuò)誤，則可按下“啟動(dòng)”按鈕，正常開機(jī)，開機(jī)后請(qǐng)?jiān)俅未_認(rèn)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)以及旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備的旋

(2) If no phase sequence error is displayed on the control panel of the unit after power transmission, press the "start" button to start the machine normally. After starting up, please confirm the rotation of the driving motor and rotating equipment again

轉(zhuǎn)方向正確，并確定所有的保護(hù)裝置均處于合適的操作狀態(tài)

螺桿壓縮機(jī)主機(jī)在任何情況下都嚴(yán)禁反轉(zhuǎn)！下列情況必須先確認(rèn)主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向：

Screw compressor host in any case are strictly prohibited to reverse! The steering direction of the main engine must be confirmed in the following situations:

1）新機(jī)開機(jī)調(diào)試;2）電源線重新接線；3）總電源換相

1) New machine start-up debugging; 2) rewiring of power line; 3) commutation of main power supply

對(duì)于因忽視這些警告和注意事項(xiàng)而導(dǎo)致的任何損壞或傷害，制造商概不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任

4） 機(jī)組啟動(dòng)過程完成后空壓機(jī)即進(jìn)入自動(dòng)控制狀態(tài)。

4) After the start-up process of the unit is completed, the air compressor will enter the automatic control state.

三、螺桿空壓機(jī)的運(yùn)行

3、 Operation of screw air compressor

1） 機(jī)組正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，檢查一下機(jī)組內(nèi)各處有無漏油漏氣現(xiàn)象，如有則立即停車處理。

1) After the normal operation of the unit, check whether there is oil leakage and air leakage in the unit. If so, stop the machine immediately.

2） 檢查排氣壓力，排氣溫度等運(yùn)行參數(shù)是否正常。

2) Check whether the exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature and other operating parameters are normal.

3） 做好工作運(yùn)行記錄，比較各運(yùn)行參數(shù)是否始終正常，如有反?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時(shí)停機(jī)并分析查找原因。

3) Make a good record of the work and operation, compare whether the operation parameters are always normal. If there is abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine in time and analyze the causes.

四、空壓機(jī)的停機(jī)

4、 Shutdown of air compressor

3.4.1  如需要停止運(yùn)行機(jī)組，則只需按下停車按鈕后，壓縮機(jī)自動(dòng)卸載約20-30秒后停車。沒有特別原因，不要用急停按鈕停機(jī)
