螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的基本維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)方法

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)是目前市場(chǎng)干燥設(shè)備中非常成熟的 產(chǎn)品之一，也是大多數(shù)公司做為理想的 干燥設(shè)備的 選擇之一。

雖然它無(wú)須操作員作精心的 維護(hù)工作，但是基本的 保養(yǎng)是必不可少的 ，可以讓設(shè)備使用年限更久，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的 生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量提高也會(huì)起到一定的 作用。

Although it does not need the operator to do careful maintenance work, but the basic maintenance is essential, can let the equipment service life longer, will also play a certain role in improving the production quality of products.

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的 基本維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)，應(yīng)注意下面幾點(diǎn)：

The following points should be paid attention to in the basic maintenance of screw blower:

1、在生產(chǎn)(Produce)完成后，若長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用真空干燥烘箱時(shí)，應(yīng)注意(attention)將各個(gè)部件清洗干凈，尤其是對(duì)烘箱門密封條清洗干凈，以防老化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。單級(jí)離心鼓風(fēng)機(jī)屬容積運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)式鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。使用時(shí)，隨著壓力的變化，流量變動(dòng)甚小。但流量隨著轉(zhuǎn)速而變化。因此，壓力的選擇范圍很寬，流量的選擇可通過(guò)選擇轉(zhuǎn)速而達(dá)到需要。對(duì)真空干燥烘箱門關(guān)閉嚴(yán)即可，不要講門的 鎖緊裝置擰得太緊以防變形，并切斷電源和水源。

1. After the production, if the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, attention should be paid to clean all parts, especially the sealing strip of oven door, so as to prevent aging phenomenon. The single-stage centrifugal blower belongs to the volume operation type blower. When used, the flow rate changes little with the change of pressure. But the flow rate varies with the speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by selecting speed. Close the door of the vacuum drying oven tightly. Do not screw the locking device of the door too tightly to prevent deformation, and cut off the power supply and water source.

2、在長(zhǎng)期不用的 情況下，要定期對(duì)箱體(BOX)進(jìn)行清潔處理(chǔ lǐ)，請(qǐng)不要使用具有酸、堿性強(qiáng)度大的 液體清洗，用清水清潔即可，清洗完畢后，應(yīng)注意將水擦干。

2. If it is not used for a long time, the box should be cleaned regularly (CH ǔ L ǐ). Do not use the liquid with strong acid and alkaline strength to clean it. Clean it with water. After cleaning, pay attention to dry the water.

3、對(duì)旋片式真空泵要定期更換真空泵油，每月一兩次，若要長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)要必須在一次使用后將真空泵油放盡，在下次使用前注入新的 真空泵油。

3. The vacuum pump oil should be replaced regularly once or twice a month. If it is not used for a long time, the vacuum pump oil must be drained after the last use, and new vacuum pump oil should be injected before the next use.

4、對(duì)水環(huán)式真空泵要每更換一次循環(huán)水，若要長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)要必須在一次使用后要將真空泵泵體內(nèi)水給放盡，在冬季氣溫低于零下時(shí)每天要將真空泵泵體內(nèi)水給放盡，在下次使用前應(yīng)注意真空泵是否被銹死，若銹死了應(yīng)將真空泵馬達(dá)后蓋拆下，用工具擰動(dòng)電機(jī)軸即可。磁懸浮鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)決定其機(jī)械摩擦損耗非常小。因?yàn)橹挥休S承和齒輪副有機(jī)械接觸在選材上，轉(zhuǎn)子、機(jī)殼和齒輪圈有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度。運(yùn)行，使用壽命長(zhǎng)是鼓風(fēng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的一大特色。螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)屬容積運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)式鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。使用時(shí)，隨著壓力的變化，流量變動(dòng)甚小。但流量隨著轉(zhuǎn)速而變化。因此，壓力的選擇范圍很寬，流量的選擇可通過(guò)選擇轉(zhuǎn)速而達(dá)到需要。

4. For the water ring vacuum pump, the circulating water should be replaced every time. If it is not used for a long time, the water in the vacuum pump must be drained after the last use. When the temperature is below zero in winter, the water in the vacuum pump should be drained every day. Before the next use, attention should be paid to whether the vacuum pump is rusted. If the rust is dead, the back cover of the vacuum pump motor should be removed and the motor shaft should be screwed with tools That's fine. The structure of magnetic levitation blower determines that its mechanical friction loss is very small. Because only bearing and gear pair have mechanical contact. In material selection, rotor, casing and gear ring have enough mechanical strength. Safe operation and long service life are the main features of blower products. Screw blower belongs to volume operation type blower. When used, the flow rate changes little with the change of pressure. But the flow rate varies with the speed. 5、如設(shè)備在正常使用時(shí)，出現(xiàn)故障，應(yīng)即時(shí)向廠家反應(yīng)，不應(yīng)自行拆卸，以免造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。

5. If the equipment is in normal use, it should be reported to the manufacturer immediately and should not be disassembled to avoid serious damage.

6、常用零部件過(guò)期需更換，如真空表?yè)p壞的 ，需即時(shí)更換新的 真空表，密封條因年久而老化，應(yīng)向廠家購(gòu)買的 ，各個(gè)閥門用久后會(huì)造成閥門中四氟密封圈磨損，使真空無(wú)法抽到合理值，應(yīng)即時(shí)更換新的 空氣閥。

6. Commonly used parts need to be replaced when they are out of date. If the vacuum gauge is damaged, a new one should be replaced immediately. The sealing strip should be purchased from the manufacturer because of the aging of the sealing strip. After a long time of use, the PTFE sealing ring in the valve will be worn and the vacuum cannot be drawn to a reasonable value. Therefore, a new air valve should be replaced immediately.

7、其它使用上的 事項(xiàng)應(yīng)該參考鼓風(fēng)機(jī)使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。
