空壓機油水分離器產生堵塞故障的原因

空壓機油水分離器在業(yè)內一般簡稱為油分,在它分離機油和壓縮空氣的同時,雜質也滯留在它的過濾材料上,堵塞過濾微孔,致使阻力過大,空壓機耗電量增加,不利于減排,所以當油分堵塞到-壓差值后需要更換。那么,空壓機油水分離器產生堵塞故障的原因有哪些？

空壓機油水分離器產生堵塞故障現(xiàn)象,可能是以下原因導致:

The blockage of oil-water separator of air compressor may be caused by the following reasons:

1、空壓機周圍環(huán)境?？諌簷C周圍環(huán)境中帶有腐蝕性氣體,如有些場合會有硫化物、天那水、清洗用的化學劑等揮發(fā)在空氣中。機器的高溫本身就加速了機油的氧化，一旦這些氣體進入空壓機系統(tǒng)與機油發(fā)生化學反應,從而產生積碳和油泥等,部分雜質進入機油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)被機油過濾器攔截，另部分雜質隨之油氣混合物上升到油分,在氣體通過油分時,這些雜質滯留在油分濾紙上,把過濾孔堵塞,油分的阻力慢慢增加,致使油分在較短時間內就需要提前更換。如果因不適合使用環(huán)境,可選用重型空氣過濾器或將空壓機的吸氣引導到有清潔空t氣的地方。

When the gas passes through the oil, these impurities are stuck on the oil separation filter paper and the filter holes are blocked, The resistance of oil content increases slowly, which makes it necessary to replace the oil in a short time. If it is not suitable for the environment, heavy air filter can be selected or the air compressor suction can be guided to the place with clean air t-gas.

2、空濾連接主機進氣口之間的管路上有泄漏。造成泄漏的常見原因有:空濾沒有安裝好;空濾總成的接觸面積不平;空濾與總成的接觸面有臟物附著在上面,導致泄漏;空濾表面的彈性接觸墊放歪了;空濾或空濾總成破裂等。

3、未使用合格的空濾、油濾、機油，-種或者多種情祝都存在。過濾精度差的空濾會讓部分空氣中的粉塵顆粒無法被攔截,會直接進入空壓機系統(tǒng),油濾和油分負荷過大,導致堵塞;進入空壓機系統(tǒng)的雜質、油氧化物、磨損的金屬顆粒等由于油濾過濾精度差,一部分攔截在油濾過濾層上，另部分雜質一直在機器內循環(huán)直上升到油分,分離后滯留在油分的過濾層中，導致油分過早被堵塞;抗氧化性差的機油不宜使用,即使工作時間較短,也會產生積碳和膠狀物,將油分堵塞。

壓縮空氣中的固體粒子經過油分芯時滯留在過濾層中,這就導致油分芯壓差(阻力)不斷增加。隨著油分芯使用時間增長,當油分芯壓差達到0.08到0.1MPa時,濾芯更換,否則會增加空壓機運行成本(耗電)或管道壓力不足。

4、油分濾材.上水分過多使濾材發(fā)脹微孔收縮,使油分的有效分離面積減少,導致油分阻力增加,提前堵塞。
