空壓機(jī)閥頻繁起跳還噴油，到底是怎么了？

連續(xù)遇到客戶咨詢同樣一個(gè)問題：空壓機(jī)閥起跳頻繁、還噴油，不知道問題出在哪里？通過多年服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出空壓機(jī)閥起跳故障的主要因素有以下五個(gè)方面：

一、閥失靈提前打開

1、 The safety valve fails and opens ahead of time

空壓機(jī)閥起跳時(shí)需要核實(shí)下閥起跳時(shí)的壓力，如果機(jī)器還沒到卸載壓力閥就提前打開，那么這個(gè)時(shí)候有必要關(guān)注機(jī)器面板或油分桶處壓力表的壓力值，就是閥的起跳壓力。

When the safety valve of air compressor takes off, it is necessary to verify the pressure when the lower safety valve takes off. If the safety valve is opened in advance before the machine reaches the unloading pressure, it is necessary to pay attention to the pressure value of the pressure gauge at the machine panel or oil separator barrel, which is the take-off pressure of the safety valve.

處理建議：更換新的閥，螺桿空壓機(jī)閥由空壓機(jī)維修人員來更換，這樣既能保證客戶，又能保證螺桿式空壓機(jī)不被誤操作帶來一些損傷，影響使用壽命。

二、機(jī)器不卸載，一直加載超出閥起跳壓力

空壓機(jī)打氣加載到一定的壓力就會(huì)卸載，壓力不會(huì)一直往上升，如果機(jī)器面板上顯示到了卸載壓力機(jī)器還在繼續(xù)加載，那么這個(gè)時(shí)候壓力繼續(xù)往上，超過閥起跳壓力，閥起跳并伴有嘭的一聲巨響，油氣往外噴。

When the air compressor is inflated and loaded to a certain pressure, it will unload, and the pressure will not rise all the time. If the unloading pressure is displayed on the machine panel, the machine will continue to load, then the pressure will continue to rise at this time, exceeding the safety valve's jumping pressure, the safety valve will jump with a loud bang, and the oil and gas will spray out.

處理建議：檢查機(jī)器加卸載的小活塞或者電磁閥，必要時(shí)更換新的。

Treatment suggestion: check the small piston or solenoid valve of the machine, and replace it if necessary.

三、出氣口出氣不通暢，導(dǎo)致氣流波動(dòng)異常

3、 The air outlet is not smooth, resulting in abnormal airflow fluctuation

出氣口有異物導(dǎo)致機(jī)器出氣不通暢，出現(xiàn)這類現(xiàn)象閥會(huì)間斷性起跳，有的時(shí)候隔幾個(gè)小時(shí)，有的時(shí)候隔幾天甚更久。比如小壓力閥動(dòng)作不靈敏、機(jī)器出氣口管道有偶然性堵塞等因素。

There are foreign matters in the air outlet, which lead to the unobstructed air outlet of the machine. In this case, the safety valve will jump intermittently, sometimes every few hours, sometimes every few days or even longer. For example, the small pressure valve action is not sensitive, the machine outlet pipeline has accidental blockage and other factors.

處理建議：仔細(xì)檢查小壓力閥、出氣口疏水器內(nèi)部有無破裂等情況來逐一確定。

Treatment suggestions: carefully check the small pressure valve and outlet steam trap for internal fracture to determine one by one.

比如少部分機(jī)型小壓力閥的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)比較特殊，在保養(yǎng)時(shí)把上面的控制管路安裝反了等。
