在線留言空壓機(jī)變頻是根據(jù)負(fù)載變化,控制輸入的電壓頻率,保持壓力,流量,溫度等參數(shù)的穩(wěn)定,從而提高空壓機(jī)的工作性能。從以下四個(gè)方面可以讓空壓機(jī)更:

(2)降低空壓機(jī)噪音——根據(jù)空壓機(jī)的工況要求,空壓機(jī)變頻改造后,電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度明顯減慢,因此有效地降低了空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的噪音。變頻技術(shù)在算是一種成熟的技術(shù),近年來(lái)隨著同步永磁變頻空壓機(jī)的出現(xiàn),已經(jīng)取代了原來(lái)的外掛變頻技術(shù),同并且普通變頻器比較具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。

The output gas volume of variable frequency compressor changes with the change of motor speed. Due to the improvement of the accuracy of motor speed control, frequency conversion can keep the system pressure change in the range of 3pisg, i.e. 0.2 bar, which effectively improves the working condition quality.
(4)延長(zhǎng)空壓機(jī)的使用壽命——空壓機(jī)變頻改造從0Hz時(shí)起動(dòng)空壓機(jī),它的起動(dòng)加速時(shí)間可以調(diào)整,從而減少起動(dòng)時(shí)對(duì)空壓機(jī)的電器部件和機(jī)械部件所造成的沖擊,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性,使空壓機(jī)的使用壽命延長(zhǎng)。此外,變頻控制能夠減少機(jī)組起動(dòng)時(shí)電流波動(dòng),這一波動(dòng)電流會(huì)影響電網(wǎng)和其它設(shè)備的用電,變頻器能夠有效值的將起動(dòng)電流的峰值減少到低程度。
