空壓機如何進行有效維修?

我們要知道的是空壓機的質(zhì)量和性能。空壓機的質(zhì)量可以分為：生產(chǎn)工藝、制造水平，配件選型等三個方面。一臺青島空壓機維修要想賣得便宜又能盈利，只能在成本上偷工減料了，這種廠家可能連規(guī)范的質(zhì)量體系都沒有建立。選擇些廉價的空壓機部件隨便裝起來就拿出來賣了。開始使用后就會不斷出現(xiàn)問題，比如噪音震動大；到處漏油；進氣閥噴油；主機卡死；高溫；跳機；出氣含油量高；機油乳化；不打氣等等的問題。而且便宜的空壓機肯定也沒有可靠的售后服務(wù)，就只能自個兒頭疼哭訴無門了。

空濾芯不定期吹塵、更換會造成：空濾芯堵塞，進氣量減小、排氣量也隨著減少。不定期更換會造成負壓增大壓穿，污染物進入機內(nèi)，堵塞油過濾器、油分離芯、冷卻潤滑油變質(zhì)、主機磨損。油過濾器不定期更換：隨著前后壓差增大，過油減少，主機排氣溫度升高停機，如前后壓差過大擊穿，污染物進入機內(nèi)，堵塞油分離芯，主機磨損。油分離芯不更換：隨著前后壓差增大，主電機電流升高，排氣量也隨著減少。如前后壓差過大擊穿，冷卻潤滑油會隨著空氣進入管路中直跑完，主機排氣溫度升高停機。

The oil filter is replaced irregularly: with the increase of the pressure difference between the front and rear, the excessive oil decreases, the exhaust temperature of the main engine rises, and the shutdown is stopped. If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the pollutants will enter into the machine, and the oil separation core will be blocked, and the main engine will be worn. Oil separation core does not change: with the increase of the pressure difference between the front and rear, the main motor current increases and the exhaust volume decreases. If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipeline with air until it runs out, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and shut down.

油管接頭不清理：如堵塞，分離后有少部分油會隨著空氣進入管路中，造成油損耗大缺油。主電機軸承不定期加黃油：軸承磨損直到主電機燒壞。由此可以看出，螺桿空壓機保養(yǎng)還是要像汽車一樣，到了一定的周期就應(yīng)該要做一下常規(guī)的保養(yǎng)，空壓機保養(yǎng)的好，它才能更好的為您工作。油氣分離器芯太臟。當(dāng)油氣分離器芯太臟時，油因阻力過大而影響循環(huán)，造成過熱停機。如遇到這種情況，應(yīng)從加載前后的壓差進行判斷，當(dāng)兩端壓差為開機之初時的3陪或較大壓差達到0.1Mpa時，就應(yīng)該清理或更換油氣分離器芯。
