制氮機(jī)常見(jiàn)隱患及解決方案

制氮機(jī)可分為深冷制氮、膜分離制氮和分子篩制氮3種方式，均采用物理方法從空氣中制取氮?dú)?。瑞氣所生產(chǎn)的制氮機(jī)采用分子篩的方式，以碳分子篩為吸附劑，從空氣中分離出氮?dú)?。由于制氮機(jī)屬于機(jī)械設(shè)備，在使用中如若操作不當(dāng)也會(huì)產(chǎn)生隱患，主要分為操作不當(dāng)造成的機(jī)械傷害以及氣體傷害，下面從以上兩點(diǎn)出發(fā)對(duì)以上問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹，希望用戶在使用中可以避免以下問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)。

Nitrogen generator can be divided into three ways: cryogenic nitrogen generator, membrane separation nitrogen generator and molecular sieve nitrogen generator, all of which use physical methods to produce nitrogen from air. The nitrogen generator produced by Ruiqi uses molecular sieve as adsorbent to separate nitrogen from air. As the nitrogen machine belongs to mechanical equipment, improper operation in use will also produce potential safety hazards, which are mainly divided into mechanical injury and gas injury caused by improper operation. The following is a detailed introduction to the above problems from the above two points, hoping that users can avoid the following problems in use.

1、由于制氮設(shè)備的PLC有可能被誤操作啟動(dòng)。在養(yǎng)護(hù)工作開(kāi)始前，一定關(guān)閉整個(gè)制氮設(shè)備的總電源。

1. Because the PLC of nitrogen making equipment may be started by misoperation. Be sure to turn off the main power supply of the whole nitrogen making equipment before maintenance.

   
   

2、由于整個(gè)制氮系統(tǒng)中氣體均是帶壓的，需防止壓力氣體的加渣沖擊；在空壓機(jī)、冷干機(jī)、氣體干燥設(shè)備、制氮主機(jī)及氮?dú)饧兓b置等設(shè)備的排氣口，請(qǐng)勿站人。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)中的連接管路必須牢固可靠密封，經(jīng)過(guò)設(shè)備銷售商確認(rèn)可靠，以免漏氣或造成管路破裂，發(fā)生人員傷亡或財(cái)物損壞。

2. As the gas in the whole nitrogen production system is under pressure, it is necessary to prevent the slag impact of pressure gas; do not stand at the exhaust ports of air compressor, cold dryer, gas drying equipment, nitrogen production host and nitrogen purification device. The connecting pipeline in the whole system must be firmly and reliably sealed and confirmed by the equipment seller to avoid air leakage or pipeline rupture, casualties or property damage.

3、制氮設(shè)備排放出的廢氣為濃縮氧氣，容易引起火災(zāi)。須嚴(yán)禁火源。

3. The exhaust gas from nitrogen plant is concentrated oxygen, which is easy to cause fire. Fire sources must be strictly prohibited.

4、高純氮?dú)庾鳛楦艚^空氣或氧氣等氣體的惰性氣體，在密封環(huán)境中容易使人缺氧窒息。使用時(shí)，人員必須處于通風(fēng)良好的環(huán)境中，人或動(dòng)物切勿在充滿高純氮?dú)獾拿芊猸h(huán)境中，以免發(fā)生傷亡事故。

4. As an inert gas to isolate air or oxygen, high purity nitrogen is easy to cause hypoxia and suffocation in a sealed environment. When using, personnel must be in a well ventilated environment, and people or animals must not be in a sealed environment filled with high purity nitrogen, so as to avoid casualties.

5、由于整個(gè)制氮系統(tǒng)中要使用380V或220V動(dòng)力電源，請(qǐng)注意用電！非人員或未經(jīng)許可和培訓(xùn)的其他人員切勿擅自操作電器或擅改電路。
