一、制氮機日常使用保養(yǎng)注意事項：

1、 Precautions for daily use and maintenance of nitrogen generator:

1. 制氮機所需電源、氣源、溫度條件的正常供應(yīng)和正常的開啟關(guān)閉；尤其是電源電壓的穩(wěn)定，減少因電源問題帶來對控制器、電磁閥的損壞。

1. Normal supply and normal opening and closing of power supply, air source and temperature conditions required by nitrogen generator; especially the stability of power supply voltage to reduce the damage to controller and solenoid valve caused by power supply problems.

2. 隨時注意空氣儲氣罐壓力，保持空氣儲氣罐壓力在0.6～0.8MPa之間，不要低于額定值。

3. 每日檢查自動排水器，以免堵塞而失去排水作用。若堵塞時，可稍微打開手動閥門，關(guān)閉自排閥門再拆下自動排水器，分解清洗。清洗自動排水器時，使用肥皂沫清洗即可。

5. 每周定期檢查冷干機的制冷效果，以免冷干機故障導(dǎo)致制氮機進水在，碳分子篩中毒現(xiàn)象發(fā)生

6. 按儀器使用守則的要求進行操作及日常維護，不定期檢查電磁閥/氣動閥的靈敏度、調(diào)壓閥的壓力范圍、氣體分析儀的精度、吸附塔的壓緊情況、消聲器排氣狀況、流量計內(nèi)管清潔程度等。

二、制氮機周期保養(yǎng)（由制氮機保養(yǎng)廠家完成）

1.對空氣處理環(huán)節(jié)的檢測，冷干機的制冷效果怎么樣，對管道濾芯定期更換（每六個月更換一次），使空氣質(zhì)量更好。

1. Check the air treatment process, how about the refrigeration effect of the air dryer, and replace the pipe filter element regularly (every six months), so as to improve the air quality.

2，對制氮機活性炭進行更換（12個月更換一次），活性炭環(huán)節(jié)是除油的一個過程，能是空氣中的油分降低，避免對制氮機碳分子篩污染中毒

3.對制氮機氮氣分析儀檢測校準(zhǔn)，p860系列氮氣分析儀一般壽命為2-3年，壽命到期建議更換，避免對制氮機純度的誤判及對產(chǎn)品造成損失。
