螺桿鼓風機與溶解氧儀實時銜接，調(diào)節(jié)曝氣效率

采用活性污泥法處理污水過程中，溶解氧（DO）濃度的控制結(jié)果直接關系到生化曝氣的好壞以及影響曝氣鼓風機的能耗消耗。因此在整個系統(tǒng)運行過程中需要有效監(jiān)測溶解氧值并進行調(diào)節(jié)。螺桿鼓風機的啟停以及轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)可與在線溶解氧儀數(shù)據(jù)關聯(lián)，實現(xiàn)實時調(diào)節(jié)，有效提高曝氣效率。
